Fire Station is for sale---the new one is just up the hill
This is the school closest to the house. It is Early-K and Kindergarten in one classroom with one teacher and an aide. Marci has substituted here and one other school in nearby town.

Monterey also has a town hall and Post Office alone the main road.
This was a home up on a hill, far off from the road, that I saw on the way to a cemetary. I wanted to see the different shades of green on the trees on the hillside.

The poeple here also harvest maple from the trees. Marci did that on a school field trip.
